A huge number of IT professionals have left their homes, businesses are adapting to the new conditions of martial law. The competition for each position is growing, as are the market requirements for business, so for most IT companies, new processes such as team relocation, sales decline, search for new markets and new products have made it more urgent than ever to optimize and improve the skills of their own staff.

MRPL IT Cluster is launching a consulting support program to help 7 relocated IT companies develop their development, marketing/sales, project management, and finance strategies. Meetings with leading industry experts, networking and online consultations for IT business teams.

The five-month online program is designed for representatives of the IT sector from Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kharkiv regions, or other war-affected regions, employing 15 to 300 people and facing the consequences of the outbreak of war and regressive business consequences.

The program will run from June 1 to August 31, 2023.

Selection will be on a competitive basis, participation is free, and the number of places is limited.
